Bourbon - the chocolaty soft one!


This coffee has chocolate and nutty notes on the nose and the taste is reminiscent of dark chocolate with orange notes. A sweet, complex and at the same time delicate coffee with a fine, mild acidity.

It is suitable for all types of preparation, but most of all for a creamy espresso or a clean filter coffee.


The Bourbon comes from Damarli Estate out of Boquete and is grown at 1,500m under a canopy of native trees. The finca is family-run in the 2nd generation. The coffee is grown according to the principles of social and environmental responsibility, which means that we act responsibly towards the environment and towards our employees. The coffee production is purely focused on specialty coffee and the varieties of this finca are numerous: Bourbon, Typica, Catuai, Geisha.
